Preheat oven to 425°F.

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, olive oil, and sriracha.

Place chicken thighs on a lined sheet pan. Pour half the sauce over chicken.

On a second sheet pan (or around the chicken), toss green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
